Visual Essay Perspectiva Cósmica

Pau Ramos

“The cosmos is within us; we are made of stars,” said Carl Sagan in his iconic series from the eighties. When I look at the freckles on my body, I can’t help thinking how much they resemble the constellations in the sky. These kinds of associations connect with my childhood self, who once dreamed of studying astronomy and never stopped being amazed by the shapes, colors, and relationships between celestial objects.

Cosmic Perspective is an essay that explores curiosity and wonder in the face of the infinite universe that surrounds us, as a way of rethinking and valuing our existence in this world.
